When you submit the form

We do not request sensitive information, financial details or credentials. Please do not include them in your message.
Technical data
Hosting and form-security services may process IP address, browser, device, date, time, referring page and similar data needed to deliver the website, prevent abuse and diagnose failures.
Optional analytics
Only if you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 may record visited pages, interactions, approximate origin, browser or device characteristics and identifiers stored in cookies.

Purposes and legal grounds
- Reply to and assess your enquiry: to address the request you initiate and consider a possible professional relationship.
- Manage a project: if we work together, to coordinate, document and deliver the agreed service.
- Security and operation: to prevent spam, fraud and abuse and to solve technical faults.
- Optional measurement: to understand and improve website use, only with your analytics consent.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not use an enquiry for newsletters or direct advertising without separate permission.

Service providers
These providers operate under their own terms and safeguards. They receive only the information needed to perform their function.

International transfers
Formspree, Netlify and Google may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. This can involve an international transfer from Argentina. We disclose this before a form submission and request a separate choice for optional processing such as Google Analytics.

How long we keep data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a professional relationship are retained for no longer than 12 months, unless you request earlier deletion.
- For an active project, necessary data is retained throughout the relationship and afterwards for applicable legal, accounting or legal-defence periods.
- Formspree keeps submission history according to the selected plan and allows submissions to be deleted from its dashboard.
- Your analytics preference remains in your browser until you change it or clear website storage.

Your rights
You may request access, correction, updating or deletion of your data and withdraw consent for future processing. Email contacto@newtech.net.ar, describing the request and including the information needed to verify your identity.
Argentine law provides a response to access requests within 10 calendar days and to correction, updating or deletion requests within 5 working days. Access is free at the intervals established by Law 25,326 unless a legitimate interest applies.

Security
We apply reasonable access, confidentiality and secure-transmission measures appropriate to the information. The website uses HTTPS, and enquiry access is limited to people who need to manage them. No Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

Children's data
New Tech services are intended for businesses, institutions and people enquiring about professional projects. We do not seek to collect children's data. If you believe we received information about a child without appropriate authorisation, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed.
